Naturals Franchise:

Naturals keen on promoting women entrepreneurs provides an opportunity to associate with the brand by owning a franchise salon of Naturals anywhere in India. The most attractive part is that the franchisee will get the appropriate training and support for the first timers venturing into business. At present Naturals is providing financial assistance through Bharatiya Mahila Bank and Indian Overseas Bank.This partnership with Bharatiya Mahila Bank and IOB will help women in setting up a Naturals W, Naturals salon or Naturals Lounge by availing a loan of Rs. 20 lakhs, 30 lakhs or 40 lakhs respectively. This amount will be used for setting up the salon interiors, equipments, products, rental deposits, signage and marketing activities.

Naturals in-house training academy:

Naturals Training Academy is established with a view to revolutionize the art of grooming and to provide scientific and systematic training to aspirants wishing to pursue a career in the Skin and Beauty industry. These courses range from a foundation course to a short two week course on specialized subjects. The academy trains on various aspects of Hair, Skin and Make up, with the aim of meeting individual requirements.

The founder-couple are so passionate about the beauty industry that they are always on a look out for different means and ways to identify and train young talents who want to make their career graphs sore high. Recently Naturals tied-up with Godrej Good & Green to set up the largest beauty & salon training academy in the country.

Through this collaboration, Naturals and Godrej Industries together will train 50,000 individuals, over the next 4 years. They will also set up satellite academies over the next 12 to 24 months, across India. This is in line with their mission to provide job opportunities to 50,000 people by 2017 and this venture will act as a catalyst in the journey for both the organizations.
